Do you have an exchange policy?
We understand that it can be a little difficult to pick the right colors on a computer screen, so we will gladly exchange your unopened set of AlwaysBestHair hair extensions for a set of the right colors within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Can I exchange my products?
1. We are more than happy to exchange hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Your AlwaysBestHair hair extension order can only be exchanged if it has not been opened and removed from its packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. AlwaysBestHair hair extensions are packaged with a special security seal that identifies if the extensions have been removed from the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

AlwaysBestHair only accepts returns from sets within the same series. If you wish to return a set from a different series, your exchange will be considered a return.

Why are AlwaysBestHair hair extensions not exchangeable once they have been opened?
Human hair extensions are sanitary products. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, we do not allow returns on opened items.

We are not the only ones; other hair extension suppliers do not allow returns on opened items for the same reason.

How do I exchange my extensions for the right color?
You must first contact us at seamlesshairs@gmail.com within our industry-leading fifteen (15) day exchange period. All AlwaysBestHair hair extensions must be returned in their original unopened packaging with no damage or they will not be exchanged. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

We will then provide you with a return address and instructions so we can inspect the exchange item to determine if you qualify for an exchange. Opened items will not be exchanged.

When will I receive my exchange?
Once we receive, inspect, and verify that the returned extensions are unopened (with a security seal), we will ship the different color extensions to you.

What is the exchange period?
For unopened extensions, we will exchange them within fifteen (15) days of the date you receive them, which is an industry-leading service time.

Can I exchange my AlwaysBestHair extensions without contacting you or obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
No. Since our return address is different from the address where we ship the extensions, you must contact us before shipping your exchange. In addition, an RMA helps track your return and expedites your exchange.

Please note that items returned without contacting us will be rejected for exchange as our warehouse does not accept returns.

Can I return my hair care products?
We do not accept returns if it is not a quality issue. If there is an issue with the wrong color selection, we can help you exchange the color, but you will need to bear the shipping cost, so please confirm your color before placing an order.

What is the return period?
Returns are typically processed within 10 business days of delivery from our facility. Once the return is accepted and processed, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days. The sooner you return the product, the sooner you will receive your refund.
